FAQ

Questions from the first call.

Does Akasha hold my money or trade my account directly?

No. Your brokers keep custody. Akasha connects with scoped API keys, encrypted at rest, and routes orders through your own accounts under your own rules. Schwab is read-only; on Hyperliquid you provision an agent wallet so your master key never leaves you.

Can the AI agent place trades?

Not by default and not by prompt — by permission. Every agent runs under a server-side ceiling that cannot place an order, arm an entry monitor, change routing or touch credentials. If a desk wants an agent to act, a human grants a narrow, audited write group.

Which brokers and markets?

Interactive Brokers (Pro and Lite), Charles Schwab (read-only), Alpaca, Coinbase and Hyperliquid — US stocks, single-leg options, crypto spot and perpetuals. Details on the brokers page.

Is there a free trial?

Trader and Desk come with 14 days free, and paper trading is included on every plan and venue. Most customers run a new provider or rule in paper or shadow before it touches a live account.

What does the Allocator plan add beyond Desk?

Scale and oversight: unlimited workspaces and accounts, advisor presets per book, provider buckets and breakers at marketplace scale, private-model agents, compliance exports, reconciliation reports, dedicated infrastructure on request, and named support with an SLA.

Is this investment advice?

No. Akasha is software that enforces the rules you set and reports what happened. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
